What is fitness?

It is something which will make you live a healthy life. It comes to you only when you are active in doing everything and anything. keeping fit doesn't only relate to mind if your body is fit your mind also stays fit.
As we all know a healthy mind resides in a healthy body.

If you are looking to get fit and if you are a beginner then you must follow the given bits of advice written below:- 
  • For beginners, it is important to go slow with the exercises. If you will not go slowly in beginning then it might cause you injuries which in turn will demotivate you to stop doing exercises on a regular basis.
  • You should at least prepare 6 types of exercise in your mind and do them alternatively and continuously for at least 1 month to make it your habit. Because it will make you more active while switching from one exercise to another and you will find that without getting bored you have finished the whole hour of exercise. 
  • It is important to start working out to get fit for an hour minimum daily to keep it going for a longer period of time. 
  • You can also play some outdoor sports like badminton, cricket, football, etc because that is also a kind of exercise with fun and enjoyment. 
  • If you are alone and feel that working out is a bit boring then you must do dancing that will make you fit and healthy with self-enjoyment, it also provides you with a peaceful mind. 
  • Now along with workout, it is important to take the minimum amount of calories. For that, you must avoid fast food and you should eat more fruit and nutritious food which increases your metabolism and provides you sufficient energy to do work.
  • If you are a foodie then go out to eat fast food once every month. Follow a good diet not so heavy but don't go with much oily food. Try to drink lukewarm water to flush out all the toxic wastes from your body. 
So, being a beginner you need to push yourself a little bit. You might get tired or feel like not doing it the other day, but just remember why you started doing it and keep reminding yourself of the goal that you want to achieve.
